Orders

All orders will be charged a flat rate of £15.00 for carriage.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only (Highlands and Islands are excluded).

The vast majority of orders are shipped on the next working day, however, should we not be able to supply from stock we will contact you with an expected delivery time from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isles of Scilly, some of the Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man, at the flat rate due to additional fuel surcharges for deliveries to these locations. If you require shipping to these locations at extra cost, please contact us for prices.

All deliveries are sent by courier and will require a signature.

Mainland orders (received before 12.00pm) are usually sent on a next day delivery, stock permitting. Orders received after 12:00pm Friday, or Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Whilst we strive for next working day delivery on all items there will inevitably be the odd occasion where circumstances beyond our control prevent this. On the very rare occasion that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of the item.

If your order is showing ‘Completed’ this means that your order has dispatched.

Campey Turf Care Systems rely upon the services of third-party couriers, and there may be the odd occasion when the couriers let us down.

For clarification, Campey Turf Care Systems will not refund a delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on an anticipated delivery date and will not be held responsible for the return of these goods.

Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods in good condition. If the package looks to be damaged or appears not to be in good condition, then please sign for the goods as damaged. If you are unable to check the goods, then please sign for unchecked. Failure to do so could affect any warranty claim that you make thereafter. If delivery is refused at the delivery address on an undamaged package, we cannot be held responsible.

Please note: Orders received over holiday periods (Christmas, Bank Holidays etc.) will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Please accept some delay at these times.
